Ken Pomeroy has released his preseason rankings and Cal checks in at No. 135 on the list. Pomeroy is not high on the Bears as that is last in the ACC. Cal's new league has five teams in the top 50 — No. 2 Duke, No. 14 UNC, No. 24 Clemson, No. 38 Pitt and No. 44 Wake Forest.
