Given the changing landscape of college football coupled with the recent changes at Cal, what does sustained success look like to you?
For Me:
1. Winning a minimum of 8 games per year which includes going no less than 5-3 in league play every year.
2. Win the Big Game as often as possible.
3.Graduate a minimum of 90% of players that stay all four years.
4.Place a a sustained premium on fundraising in order to increase our recruiting pipeline of four and five star recruits.
5.Increase the relationship with Cal Football alums that feel like Cal has abandoned them after they graduate.
If the program can hit these benchmarks, I believe other benefits will follow which includes but is not limited to more marquee games and actually being able to fill up the stadium.
