The East Bay Times reported today that Furd is prohibiting fans at its indoor sports' events, including basketball. I just got an email from Cal Athletics saying that the Haas Club will be closed tomorrow for the USC game due to Covid concerns. SMC's basketball team has been hit with multiple Covid infections. I guess the question may be, when will Cal follow Furd's edict with or without being told to do so by Berkeley Health?
