I've been meaning to ask if anyone understands the weird call that happened late in the Utah game. Jaylen Brown caught a ball on the wing and the official made a call that looked like he was saying that Brown was out of bounds. I looked at the play several times and Brown took 4 full steps in bounds before catching the ball.
The announcers were confused as well, saying something like he was "first to touch the ball after coming back in bounds", which is not a basketball rule I've ever heard. Was this just a horribly missed call?
