Here is how I think it breaks down:

1) Oregon
2) Utah
3) Cal
4) Arizona
5) Colorado
6) Oregon State
7) USC
8) Washington
9) Stanford
10) UCLA
11) ASU
12) Wazzu

The top four seeds should be Oregon, Utah, Cal, Arizona, in that order, regardless of the outcome of the Utah/Colorado game tonight (which is currently surprisingly close in the second half).

If Utah wins, then they finish a game ahead of Cal and Arizona for the second spot. Cal wins the tiebreaker against Arizona by virtue of beating first place Oregon at home. (Arizona only played Oregon once, and lost).

But even if Utah loses, they then fall into a three way tie with Cal and Arizona, and the first tiebreaker is collective head to head record against the teams involved in the tie. Utah only faced Arizona once, and beat them, so Utah's record is 2-1, and Arizona's is 1-2. Cal split the series with both teams, 2-2. So, Utah wins the three way tiebreak, Cal comes in second, and Arizona third.

Colorado is locked into fifth regardless of the result tonight -- a win would put them at 11-7, behind the three way tie of Utah/Cal/Arizona at 12-6, and a loss would put them at 10-8, still ahead of the three way USC/OSU/UW tie at 9-9.

The aforementioned three way USC/OSU/UW tie is won by OSU, who split with USC, but only played UW once, and beat them. UW also split with USC. So, OSU has a 2-1 record against the other 9-9 teams, USC has a 2-2 record, and UW has a 1-2 record. Thus, OSU gets the sixth seed, USC the seventh, and UW the eighth.

After that, it gets less complicated -- Stanford is the ninth seed at 8-10, UCLA the tenth seed at 6-12, ASU the eleventh at 5-13, and doormat Wazzu gets the bottom seed at 1-17.
