Cold as anything I've experienced at Memorial but the outcome on the field created more than enough heat.

To see Goff orchestrate his first come from behind victory was special. To watch our maligned OL put together it's second straight exemplary performance was wonderful to see. Talk about improvement through the season.

Our defense was shredded by injuries: Drew, Piatt, Mekari, Downs, Barton, Johnson, Allensworth (mid game) were MIA because of injuries yet we stood tall in the red zone time and time again.

Wonderful to see such a good group of seniors go off with a victory and feel like they earned the bowl game. ASU came into the game playing the best ball of their season. They came in leading the nation in sacks and the conference leader in run defense yet we held them to zero sacks and average 5+ yards per carry. While they moved the ball on us, our run defense was stout for most of the night. Watching our DL get 4 sacks was also nice.

I thought Dykes showed some great halftime adjustments and kept the team from playing not to lose. Our offensive gameplan was brilliant. The blitz pick up could not have been better and the switch to running the ball to keep them honest was a huge factor in the win.

A great win and a great night to be a Bear. Love that we head into a bowl game with a chance to win five games.
