Remember how you feel right now. This is how it is (and always has been) being a Cal fan. A Cal team goes out and has a nice run, and gets your hopes up a bit. And then absolutely face plants, especially when the stage is the biggest or it matters most. As Cubs fans say, "there's always next season," but don't be surprised if you experience more "unique and special" days like today. (Sorry, CHF. The timing of your thread and today's face plant was just too ironic. Exquisitely so.)
