I also talked to the Patrick Henry (San Diego, CA) wideout tonight. Patmon is 6'4", 210 pounds and would fill the void that senior Stephen Anderson will leave after this coming season. Armani Rogers, a friend and teammate on the Body by Tra 7-on-7 team, is in his ear about Cal and Patmon is definitely listening.
He's kind of just getting going on recruiting, with 5 offers in hand and more to follow sooner than later. But between Rogers and the one-two punch of Peeler and Burl Toler, Cal is well-positioned here.
Oh, fun fact that Patmon shared: he high jumped 6'6" last year as a sophomore, the top mark in the city of San Diego.
Another fun fact: He played against Derrick Clark's Mission Bay team last year. And even though Patmon's team won, he said Clark was a handful and shook him so badly on one run (Patmon was playing safety at the time) that he almost fell down.
