#1. Texas A&M has two Courtneys that Cal must stop: Senior guard Courtney Walker (18.0 PPG) and senior forward/guard Courtney Williams (14.3 PPG) lead the Aggies in scoring. Cal must do whatever they can to make life difficult for both of these players in order to win this game.
#2. Battle on the glass should be intense: Texas A&M on average out-rebounds their opponents 45.8-38.0 while Cal on average out-rebounds their opponents 44.0-33.0. Both teams do a good job crashing glass. It'll be interesting to see which team comes away with more boards.
#3. Contrasting styles: This season, Cal has shot 85 three-point shots, connecting on 32 of them (37.6%). Texas A&M on the other hand has shot only 33 three-point shots while connecting on 14 of them (42.4%). Cal likes the three-ball a lot more, while Texas A&M uses it as a spice. Whichever team can get the game to flow in the way that they want it to will have a definite edge.
#4. Kristine Anigwe body language: Anigwe has been a bit moody on the sidelines lately. It'll be interesting to see if there are any issues today.
