Cal has made their presence felt in the Midwest recently, which has been a surprise. Cannot remember them being this heavily involved in the region over the last 13 years I've covered recruiting. Their most recent offer went out to Indianapolis 2018 OT Emil Ekiyor according to a note I just received from Emil. Already a heavily recruited prospect. Most likely headed for the interior of the offensive line in college.
