what happened to Cal baseball?

I know many people on this board don't care about Cal baseball, but as long as Cal is going to have a team, these rankings are embarrassing. To not get a single vote when you're in the talent rich state is a joke (look at all the other State schools getting votes), and how that loser of a head coach keeps his job is a head scratcher. It's not like this is a 1 year phenomena, Esquer's sucked his entire tenure. The irony is the only time his team has won is when they were on the chopping block - obviously his coaching isn't motivation enough.

I'm going to the Cal/Furd game on Monday and will be amazed if Esquer doesn't do a bunch of bunting to show off in front of Marques.
