RB Brandon High Jr. transferring to Cal following a breakout season at UTSA
Julian Griffin's rebuilding of the Cal running back room this spring will begin with a familiar face. Brandon High Jr.
Brandon High Jr. is bringing his 5.3 yards per rush to the Bay Area this fall after signing with Cal on Friday. The 5-foot-10, 215-pound Texas native led UTSA with 8 rushing touchdowns in 2024 to go with 495 yards on the ground. He accounted for 553 total yards and will have three seasons of eligibility left as he reunites with Julian Griffin.
