Hey guys, I went to the press conference at Stanford on Wednesday to help preview Saturday's game. I will provide links to both the Stanford quotes thread and the Cal quotes thread in the game hub as opposed to including them in the game hub since that just got too crazy. Anyways, the Stanford guys were more talkative this time. I talked to Grant Verhoeven and Marcus Allen, who were pretty interesting guys to talk to. Grant talked about his dad's time in the NBA, his life on a farm, and other cool stuff in addition to his thoughts on Cal. Marcus Allen talked about what it's like having a twin and he also talked about Troy Brown, Jr. who he has known for a while since they both went to the same high school. Johnny Dawkins also talked about college hoops going to 4 quarters and what he thinks of the Final Four being played in NCAA arenas. Anyways, there's plenty of good stuff on this thread that is interesting in addition to Stanford's comments about Cal. Enjoy!
