Losing its usefulness a bit, but still fun to rank between the divisions. This is based on record, eye test, and how they are playing and seem to be trending.
1. Stanford - Best combo of O, D, and ST
2. USC - Boom or bust, but win over Utah trumps any win WSU has
3. Washington State - This team could easily be 9-0, but the score board does matter
4. Utah - Yes, 8-1, but too limited, rely on turnovers too much, and pummeled by USC
5. Oregon - Ducks playing better with Adams, and did beat ASU when UCLA couldn't
6. UCLA - Best conference win is Cal, so there you go
7. Washington - Tough to choose between 7-10, but I'll go with the best D of them all
8. ASU - Win over UCLA and should have beat UO
9. Cal - No team has been more disappointing after starting 5-0
10. Arizona - Too many blowout losses
11. Colorado - They have been more competitive until this weekend, but lost to UA, so...
12. Oregon State - Could very well go winless in conference
