Per Rob Cassidy, who posted this in the Semper Fi live thread on the main board, Bears are still after Carlos Strickland, who has already officially visited Berkeley: "WR Carlos Strickland remains committed to Texas Tech but recently had in-home visits with Texas and California. He has set up an official visit to UCLA . It seems as though UCLA has a slight leg up in the race to flip Strickland if he does, in fact, decide to change his commitment. That said, he remains solid with Tech for the time being."
