A friend is "very concerned" about how Martin juggles the lineups to "keep everyone happy". I learned in JC the coach doesn't care if you are happy. It was basically TS. If you don't like sitting on the bench there is always the cross country team.

Next year we have 13 scholarship players and all are eligible to play. Doubt it makes sense for anyone to RS.

We have two, 7 ft centers so you can take this position out of the discussion. That leaves 11 guys for probably 4 starting positions and 3 rotation backups.

Singer and Moore will cover the PG position. Now we are down to 3 starting and 2 backup positions. Mathews, Bird and Rabb own the other 3 starting positions.

So, we have 6 guys competing for the 2 remaining positions. Doubt anyone remaining is a lock. Chauca,
Moute and Domingo have played enough that we know what they can do. Unless they make a quantum leap which is doubtful, they will be spot defensive guys, practice players or cheerleaders.

Davis, Mullins and Coleman are unknown quantities and will compete for the 2 remaining spots. One will probably join Chauca, Moute and Domingo on the cheerleading squad. It will be tough enough to get minutes in practice. Not sure where 3 walk-ons would fit in. Rebounding the ball during shooting drills? Will everybody be happy? Doubt it. Martin will be fair and if you earn a "playing" spot you will get it.
