"Pac-12 North: At 40-to-1 odds to win the conference, the Cal Bears are huge longshots. I do like Washington in this division, but the Bears return a lot of experience. The North will be a bit down this year, so the opportunity is there. My downside is the subpar Coach Effect of Dykes.
Pac-12 South: I thought this was going to be Arizona, but the Wildcats are a top-three favorite to win the division. Utah returns most of the team, but has new offensive and defensive coordinators. The Arizona State Sun Devils return most of the defense and their three-deep talent stratification has been on the rise in the last three seasons."
