Needs to address how games are called, they need to allow for continuation, and open up the game, all these fouls make the college game almost unwatchable (if that is even a word). The shot clock to 30 seconds is pointless if you are going to call it so tightly. Takes away from the skillset of the players and makes having a quick point guard essential.
