Juhwan Harris-Dyson picked up an offer from Tulane. Doesn't appear like he's committing anywhere anytime soon. Just wanted to put his on here in addition to the offers hub because there was some optimism that his holding off to do an interview after his visit indicated that he might be committing to Cal soon.
