Remember at the beginning of the season when Franklin said the goal was for Goff to have a 10-1 TD to interception ratio, and if that happened Cal would win the Pac-12? Franklin appears to have been spot on. Cal would be 7-1 (minimum) and control its own destiny right now even for the playoff, if Goff was on this pace.

Some of you thought this 10-1 idea ridiculous, but are you aware of this:

Dak Prescott, QB Miss. State (7-2) has 18 TD and 1 INT
Brandon Harris, QB LSU (8-0) has 9 TDs and 0 INT

MSU missed a FG at the gun that would have beat LSU.

If these guys and Marcus Mariota could pull it off there is no reason Goff couldn't. If Cal doesn't turn the ball over tomorrow, Cal will win.
