Illinois just aigned PG Te'Jon Lucas. Moore may no longer be a target. It was mentioned they are looking at other positions for remaining scholarships. Memphis is also about to sign a combo guard who can play PG. Pittsburgh seems to be the main competition for Moore. However, a PG from Detroit seems to be their main target (between Pitt and MSU). Pitt has also offered Ramsey. Pitt seems to be Cal's main competition on the PG front.
