Gets their swag/gear, lots of communication about expectations, schedule, etc. Health checks, film watching, positional group breakdowns, etc. Any positional switches will be solidified today, anyone who needs to be held out for any reason, etc.
Tomorrow, they hit the field and per NCAA regs, have to do the first two practices in helmets only. Likely we then go to shells and finally full pads Friday or Saturday (just a guess).
BTW, Dave Davis will report today and practice this week while waiting for the final word on his 6th year from the NCAA. They obviously are optimistic about the outcome.
