Many of us are looking for a 7 plus win season.

Most have been disappointed by our recruiting under Dykes (and the player attrition has been worrisome to most as well).

Imagine if we win 8+ games with such lousy recruiting results? Does that make Dykes a great coach and great developer of talent?

I find that the members of this board with the highest expectations/demands are also the most critical of the recruiting so they should be the first to bow to Dykes if he indeed succeeds.

(Fwiw, I'm skeptical we win 7 this year given our relatively mediocre overall talent and incredibly difficult schedule; my expectations are more tempered and I think we have a longer road in building the program to where even I would like to see it).
