These are the most viable targets right now, I'll add more as we go along. If there's another guy to keep an eye on locally, as a versatile take, it'd be Devan Thompkins out of Edison in Stockton. Just came back to football after playing a lot of basketball. Cal has not offered, but a number of P5s have already jumped on the train here
EDIT (9-8): Sam Yoon has been taken off the board after he committed to UCLA. I don't know if Cal will offer anyone else on the OL, or if they'll look through the transfer portal in December
EDIT (9-16): Jaydn Ott has decommitted. There is a chance Cal could get him back in the class
