Just talked to the Centennial CB who picked up an offer from Cal last week. Safe to say Cal is sitting pretty with him at the moment. Bynum's mom is from San Francisco and that whole side of the family still resides in the Bay Area. He comes up about 4 times a year and has visited Cal a couple times already this year.
He doesn't have a timeline in mind right now but I wouldn't be shocked if he pulls the trigger this summer. Teammate Daniel Juarez, a Cal commit, is in his ear and Bynum is listening.
