2023 offensive lineman Alex Doost was offered by Cal a few weeks ago and it sparked another wave of offers from around the country. He's continuing to see new interest, but Cal is one of the programs that is on his mind most when it comes to trying to visit. He has not worked out a date for a trip to Berkeley yet, but he does want to get up to Cal some time after the dead period. In the meantime, he plans to continue building a relationship with Angus McClure and the coaching staff. So far he has been impressed with what he has seen. Michigan State is one school that has grabbed his attention while Arizona is an in-state school that he visited last weekend as well.
“He probably knows the most about the school,” Doost said of McClure. “He’s very passionate about it and about his players too. When I talked to him, he had all the answers.”
