I would suggest Draymond Green of the Warriors as a role model for Jaylen. Green is probably the best all around player in the NBA. Three triple doubles in a row. I think he has 7 for the season. Points, rebounds and assists. Unreal. Curry is the big star but Green is just as valuable.

Jaylen is the same size as Green. He has similar skills to do the same things. One of the factors cited for Green's success: HE STAYED IN COLLEGE FOUR YEARS.. After playing 4 years for Tom Izzo he was NBA ready. I know! Why stay and pass up the quick bucks? Because you don't really prepare yourself for NBA play in 1 year. Sitting on the end of an NBA bench does no more for you than starting on a competitive college team.

Jaylen, show how smart you are and stay for at least one more year. Let us enjoy the development. Have Nick Kerr set up a discussion with Draymond. BTW Poeltl was smart to stay for at least a second year. He is not ready to be an NBA low post banger.
