Whether it is official that Rabb is down to two schools or not, it has been an Arizona/Cal race for a while and anybody who has been paying attention could see that. Right now, I'd be surprised if he doesn't have a decision between now and the McDonald's AA Game on Wednesday night.
Anything can change, but all signs seem to be pointing in the direction of him staying home.
I confirmed that Brandon Sampson will open his recruitment. I was told a few days ago by somebody very close to him that if Lavin was let go at St. John's that Sampson would most likely just go to his #2 pick, USC. That was re-iterated to me earlier today.
On another note, things sound pretty good between Cal and Tyson Jolly to this point.
