It was a short practice today, not warranting an open thread for it, but I do have a few thoughts before I do the recap later:
- Lot more complexity from the defense, blitz packages, you name it. A lot of work on consistently plugging the holes that the offensive line creates. Liking Cam Walker coming on a blitz, he has some good timing
- Lot of special teams work as well, very nice punting from Klumph
- Cochran was in pads, but he was working more on his flexibility rather than with the actual line
- Apparently the field was worse than I thought last Saturday/Friday, Webb mentioned in his post-practice interview that some of the receivers were slipping around. Matt Anderson also had that problem

Let me know who you want me to talk to tomorrow. I'm thinking I'm going to get Patrick Mekari, but anyone else would be good to do as well
