So, not to dismiss that maybe LSU is bracing for further negative findings that Orgeron may or may not be associated with, but put that aside for a moment:
They are getting rid of a coach that won a National Championship 2 seconds ago; okay, maybe they give OC/QB whisperer Joe Brady and DC Dave Aranda most of the credit for that. They continue to recruit at a very high level, but they aren't waiting a minute to re-build, as I guess they blame Orgeron for some Coordinator hiring mistakes (um, that rings a bell......)
Their revenues are on a different planet from what most of college football experiences, so yeah, the buyout isn't a deterrent, but damn, this is zero margin for error???
