In some ways this USC game couldn't have come at a better time for Cal. They get a chance to quickly wash away the UCLA disaster by demonstrating that it was an anomaly.
Wouldn't it be nice to show up for one of these games? Can they even be in the game at the end of the first quarter or even going into halftime? What about finally getting over the hump on a game ending drive?
