Visiting this weekend for Spring game.
Me likey Mr. Nixon quite a bit. On film, he's big - 6' and thick - 190lbs+ and plays border CB at a top JC. Long arms and fast. Kick and punt returner. Very good acceleration out of his backpedal. Has good read and react skills when the ball is in the air. Could play safety with his size. Not a ton of tackling highlights so that's a yellow flag.
He was a top prospect out of HS but grades were no bueno. So, hopefully he's had a good frosh year and is on progress to get his AA. Not a ton of offers yet - 6 or 7 but likely to pick up another 5-6 Power 5 offers before next X-Mas.
I like his film better than White's and certainly better than Marloshawn's (at least as a cover guy). Sign him up!
