He's completely committed to Cal as of now as it seems. Here's some of the key points I got from him:
- He's a lot less stressed now that he's committed, gets to focus on senior year, where he wants to win a division title, if not a state title
- He's not going to enroll early
- He played against Taariq Johnson and Jeremiah Hawkins in the playoffs last year, says he's excited to throw to those guys next year, says he's "amazed with those guys"
- He's gone into recruiting mode for next year, and I asked who he's recruiting. Said he had a list of o-linemen, Jackson Kirkland, Casey Roddick, and Aaron Banks were mentioned. Najee, Cam Akers and Biaggio Ali-Walsh (Muhammad Ali's grandson) were names thrown around at RB. Greg Rogers at DT is someone who he said likes Cal as well.
