From UCLA, Cal offered a few weeks before his commitment. I think he's a high upside guy, and would be stoked if he choose Cal, Trace can you share anything about Manning? Manning can be a swing guy he has the measurables at 6'1 to be a CB or S, I really hope Cal can pull him in.
More interesting IMO is that this is the 7th decommit UCLA has suffered this summer. Mora is going through a divorce and has checked out this summer. Something is definitely wrong over there in Westwood, I sure hope Cal can capitalize this recruiting cycle.
