The Utah Rivals guy is really confident that Jayce Johnson commits to Utah. However, I feel like there's still a chance he chooses Cal. Decision should come by the end of the day or tomorrow.
As for Vance Jackson, while he had a lots of positive things to say about Cal, all signs point to UCONN. Should he not commit, Cal will not be pursing any more wings. Jolly and Frayer will be the wings for the 2016 class.
