QB Goff was the only one who was listed for Cal. He was listed as #3. Here is what they said:
Goff was one of the more hotly debated players on the board because there was a lot of give and take about whether he should be the No. 2 player. He was certainly worthy of consideration with 35 touchdowns to just seven interceptions last season while throwing for 3,973 yards. He’s on every offensive and quarterback watch list there is, and NFL scouts have been fawning over him. After taking his lumps in Year 1 and showing tremendous improvement in Year 2, the stage is set for him -- and the Bears -- to have a breakout season in Year 3.
