Obviously there's been a delay in his LOI... From what I understand, it's an NCAA issue and not a Cal issue. Word is going around that Damon Wilson JR (same HS as Dillard) is going through qualification issues at the NCAA with Pittsburgh that stems from Our Savior New American... I wonder if it's the same thing with Dillard and Cal. Obviously, it's speculation at this point, but it could make sense.
