Naperville (Ill.) Central three-star 2016 WR Emmanuel Rugamba was telling me earlier tonight that Mark Tommerdahl was in-school today. Told Rugamba it is a big deal when they come all the way out to see a skill position player. Definitely caught Emmanuel's attention, we'll see where the interest goes from here.
