A big court ruling is going to allow double transfers to play in the next 14 days with West Virginia judge John P. Bailey granting a temporary restraining order of the NCAA's transfer rules stemming from two lawsuits brought on by WVU player RaeQuan Battle who had been seeking eligibility multi-time transfer. The feeling is that it will open the door for other lawsuits and for now the NCAA says it is not going to enforce its rules for transfers seeking a waiver. There will be a preliminary injunction hearing Dec. 27.
