I just caught up with Andre Kelly to get a quick update on where he is in the process. He says that right now, he's setting up visits and plans to make a decision before the high school season starts in the fall. Kelly told me that he's planning on taking an official visit to Cal on September 2, the weekend that Cal football travels to North Carolina.
