2019 Rivals 150 updated: Charles Smith IV downgraded from 4-stars to 3-stars (C3 weighs in)

The latest Rivals 150 is out for hoops. 2019 Cal commit Charles Smith IV comes in at #132 and has been downgraded for 4-stars to 3-stars, falling 47 spots in the rankings. 4-star point guard Kyle Sturdivant comes in at #66 and 4-star power forward Maxwell Lorca-Lloyd comes in at #100. Note: I've messaged both Eric Bossi and Corey Evans to get their insight on why Charles fell in the rankings so drastically. I'll let you all know what they tell me unless they swing by themselves.
