Talked to the super-shifty Charter Oak athlete for a bit today. Despite holding almost 20 offers, he's really still just soaking in the recruiting process and nowhere close to narrowing things down. No favorites, no timeline, etc.
That said, Cal was the first school he named as those that are recruiting him hardest, and he intends to visit this summer. I wouldn't bet against Jacob Peeler here, but the competition will be stiff.
