After everything that has happened, you would think that McIlwain's rear end would be nailed to the bench tomorrow, but I have this nagging suspicion that he may get in yet again. Baldwin's "No pain, no gain" statement certainly fueled that suspicion, at least for me, and I have seen no statements from Wilcox which would put it to rest.
If McIlwain gets in and either has a good run or two, or completes a pass of some kind, I think Baldwin ends up giving him more rope, which McIlwain will ultimately use to hang us (figuratively speaking). I just don't think he can avoid turnovers if he plays any appreciable number of snaps.
