Think about this: SDSU ended the game last night on a 42-13 run. When SDSU zoned up on Cal the game turned on a dime. Speaking of dimes: 5 total assists; and that has a lot to do with Cal having very little concept of how to attack a zone. No guard aggression on top beyond Wallace, and no high post play with Rabb as a scorer/passer to help free up the baseline or perimeter shooters.
Oh, and Cuonzo Martin as an in game tactician and motivator seems shockingly MIA. I have no idea what he was doing while his team was getting smoked.
Something needs to change or this team will not be competing with better teams that matchup with size and athletically.
Lastly, it was great hearing Bill Rafftery doing the color commentary last night.
