Guys will be told to get their resumes out and start looking. Wilcox has a list of replacements and will start setting that up. I believe the big coaches convention is coming up in early January and many deals are cemented there.

Now, who needs to go and who needs to stay. Ragle must stay. ST guy and TE I guess. Best recruiter last year on the staff. Greatwood as well because continuity is huge for OL. Everyone else goes. OC, QB, RB, and WR. Hire an OC who has a system that will help us win a PAC 12 championship. Simple as that. Get a combination of recruiters/teachers, experienced or excitable- a combination of all the above.
