Generally speaking, teams don't force many turnovers and lead the NCAA in interceptions if they have zero pass rush, so the notion that Cal's pass rush is weak is a little overstated. It's improved quite a bit since 2014. But that doesn't tell the whole story. Anyone have any brilliant insight to share that explains why Cal is forcing so many turnovers this season?
