In determining who to root for in non-Cal games, I typically root against the team who most directly competes with us for recruits. I'm curious what others' perception of this is. How would you rank other Pac-12 teams based on how many recruits we tend to compete for head-to-head? My initial stab:
Tier 1: Stanford, UCLA, USC
Tier 2: Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Washington
Tier 3: Arizona state, Oregon state, Utah, Washington State
