I know I didn't have the Ducks winning the Pac-12 North this year, and the reason was primarily that you can't be that good if your starting QB is transferring from Eastern Washington. And though I didn't think the D was great, in my wildest dreams I didn't think it could be as bad as it is.
A lot of this stuff is obvious, but always fun to read about rivals crumbling. It's also a cautionary tale about how having a great QB can overcome a lot of weaknesses a team has.
