Just received an email from cal athletics for a survey on level of satisfaction with season tickets. The tone of the questions was pretty telling. Lots of questions about price tolerance and general game day experience. Two questions addressed satisfaction with the team specifically: a) academic performance, and b) sense that the program is headed in "the right direction". Yes, they actually put quotes around "the right direction" in the survey. Came across as though they don't actually know what it means to have this program headed in the right direction. Anyone else take this survey?
