Assuming Dykes stays, which looks pretty safe, we all agree that Cal should offer a larger pool for assistant pay. Some have mentioned as much as a million more for assistants. I think that sounds about right. That said, I'm going to assume that we're also in agreement that this specific staff doesn't deserve a big bump, right?
